Our journey began with Dave Stoupa as the original store manager, and in 1995, Dave and his wife Deb became proud owners of Body Basics – Lincoln. Subsequently, we relocated to our present-day home in the Alamo Plaza, at the Northwest corner of 56th and Hwy 2, where we continue to provide the finest quality fitness equipment in Nebraska.
